Teletrips and Better Workplace Strategic Advisor Scott McNealy, founder of Sun Microsystems and Java, was a keynote speaker at an event in support of the major municipality’s telework programs.

With the support of Teletrips and Better Workplace, the major municipality’s telework program wins a three-year Federal Ecomobility contract.

Teletrips and Better Workplace awarded a three-year contract for providing telework services (visioning, triple bottom line measurement and reporting) to the major municipality.

2008

Sun Microsystems, now part of Oracle, embraced an award winning initiative that resulted in more than a half of the company’s employees working remotely and a net savings of $80 million a year in facility costs. Better Workplace contributed some additional triple bottom line reporting for the program at Sun.

Teletrips and Better Workplace provide support ongoing support for the major municipality’s telework program and embedded all social, economic and environmental impact algorithms into the DNA of the program.
